I’m an executive coach, consultant, and author of Executive Presence, Improv Style. I specialize in helping leaders, teams, and professionals communicate with confidence, lead with authenticity, and adapt with ease. With a background in learning & development (L&D), I blend practical coaching with the principles of improvisation, offering a fresh, engaging approach to leadership growth.
My coaching and consulting work focuses on executive presence, communication skills, and high-stakes leadership moments. Using improv-based techniques, I help clients think on their feet, embrace uncertainty, and strengthen team dynamics.
Beyond coaching, I have a deep-rooted background in performance. I’ve been part of numerous improv groups in the Bay Area, including Synergy Theater, Improv For Good, and Too Many Larry’s. I’m also a writer, musician, and former stand-up comic who toured across the U.S. and Canada.
I’ve produced two albums, performed with my band The Bitter Mystics, and recently debuted my solo show, Mama's Approval, a coming-of-age story directed by Joyful Raven.
By combining coaching, facilitation, and creative expression, I bring a different kind of executive coaching experience—one that balances structure and spontaneity, strategy and storytelling, confidence and connection.
